Other way would be to have your hardware register on the same account as someone who got everything, but that would need some great trust (and I'm not sure at which point it would become suspicious for UAD)
So it's technically not impossible, but in reality it seems very complex (and UAD would probably find a new thing after that, which mean that you would have to go to the same kind of process if you want to update, and also probably lose your official account with its associated legit plugins).
